Chronometrics LTD is committed to improving the athletics experience through reliable digital timing, efficient competition tools, and athlete-focused support. These Terms outline the conditions for using our platform and services.

Payments and Fees

We use Stripe for secure online payments. Event organizers using our system will be charged a small service fee per transaction. This fee covers operational and platform maintenance costs. Full earnings are deposited into your Stripe-connected account on a regular schedule set within your Stripe dashboard.

Organizer Responsibilities

Clubs, schools, and federations managing events on our platform must ensure that their appointed admins:

  • Have basic computer literacy
  • Are reachable during the registration and event period
  • Can assist participants with questions or issues

System Use & Setup

To run your event through Chronometrics, you must:

  • Create a Chronometrics organizer account
  • List your event through our event creation tool
  • Connect your account to Stripe for payment handling

Support and Service Level

We aim to maintain a system uptime of 99.9% and strive to resolve technical issues promptly during regular working hours. While we support basic troubleshooting, organizers are the first point of contact for their own participants.

Custom Work and Add-ons

We offer optional enhancements at an additional cost, including:

  • Custom event websites or branding
  • Feature development upon request
  • Dedicated support packages

Limitation of Liability

Chronometrics LTD is not liable for losses due to third-party errors, platform outages beyond our control, or organizer mismanagement. Users agree to use the system in good faith and with accuracy.
